Application Instructions

Welcome to iCareBetter. We help patients with endometriosis find compassionate and skilled providers. If you are an acupuncture expert interested in serving endometriosis and pelvic pain patients, please apply to join our network. Once your application has been approved, we will add your name to the list of iCareBetter experts. Joining iCareBetter is free.

• Explanation: Acupuncturists interested in joining iCareBetter to serve endometriosis patients must submit an application for review. The application process facilitates examining your experience, knowledge, and approach to treatment and philosophy/principles of care. Applicants are also required to take a knowledge test to ensure that patients will receive consistent, evidence-based, unbiased, optimal care and education from our providers. Once your application has been approved and you have passed the knowledge test, you will be added to the directory so patients can connect with you in their care journey.

• Approval Criteria: you need to pass our endometriosis-focused multiple choice test and hold a current valid acupuncturist license as well as meet two out of the following three criteria:

1. Two letters of recommendation from your endometriosis patients. Please upload them during your application.
2. Ten CEUs annually centered around reproductive health, ideally with an endometriosis focus.
3. At least 20% of the provider’s case volume is centered around Pelvic health, including endometriosis and reproductive health. We will acquire this information during the application process.
