Mental Health Application

Welcome to iCareBetter. We help patients with endometriosis find compassionate and skilled providers. If you are a mental health expert interested in serving endometriosis patients, please apply for joining our network. Once your application has been approved, we will add your name to the list of iCareBetter experts for patients. Joining iCareBetter is free.

Explanation: Psychologists interested in joining iCareBetter to serve endometriosis patients must submit an application for review. The application process facilitates the examination of your experience, knowledge, and approach to treatment and philosophy/principles of care. You are also required to take a knowledge test to ensure that patients will receive consistent, evidence-based, unbiased, optimal care and education from all providers. Once your application has been approved and you have passed the knowledge test, you will be added to the directory so patients can find you for their care.

Approval Criteria: you need to pass our endometriosis-focused multiple choice test and hold a current valid psychologist license number to practice in the State of California (if you are licensed in multiple states, please list those license states and numbers as well) as well as meet two of the three following criteria:

1. PsyD or PhD from an APA accredited program (please list program name and degree)
2. 50+ hours a year of exposure to endometriosis patients within the last three years
3. Internship and/or Fellowship in Health Psychology or Behavioral Medicine
