Endo, fibroids, Frozen Pelvis

I have been told I have a frozen pelvis due to adhesions, fibroids, one of them 10cm, a chocolate cyst 5cm, been told I need a laparotomy with high risk of damage to the bowel. My uterus is also 3 times normal size, and I can’t have any hormonal medication due to breast cancer years ago. Consultant told me he will be getting team together and meeting to plan the operation, etc, waiting on MRI appointment now, but was told I’m very complex case and worry it’s going to be a dangerous major operation. I’m now also having pain in tummy when I empty my Bowels and slight bleeding from back passage. Usually hurts more during a period. I’m just scared this will be dangerous, and how long the recovery time will be, also is painful bowel movements indicate further issues?
