They removed it, but it was not inflamed that what they told me after surgery. After years from suffering from pain, I was diagnosed with deep pelvic endometriosis stage 4 in 2019, when I had my first C-section surgery and lost too much blood, I got a blood transfusion after surgery. After surgery, I was not okay, then I had to go on Vissane for ages until I got married, and then I stopped it. I tried getting pregnant naturally, but it didn’t work. My AMH was only 0.02, and my doctor recommended IVF, although I had my left tube removed and my left ovary as well and I only had ruminant of my right ovary. After that, the pain came back, and I was always in pain. Then I had my laparoscopic surgery in Dubai. After surgery, they pain was very bad and I was always at the hospital. I decided to get pregnant via IVF so I started my ovf cycle after a failed cycle, and I got only 4 eggs a. 2 which were. Healthy transferred to me and I got pregnant with twins. Now I have two babies. I just had an MRI because I had right side pain. They said I have a hemorrhagic cyst, adenomyoma, frozen pelvis, my rectum stuck, and my ureter is stuck in my ovary. What do you recommend, surgery or medication, because my gyn said take Vissane again.
