I had endometriosis excision surgery 12/11/2024 and know that my chronic gut dysbiosis is the root cause of the problem. Gastroenterologists do not help. I would recommend connecting with either Integrative Medicine or Functional Medicine specialists ( who have experience in treating endometriosis). They do run some tests to look into your GI flora and tailor your treatment to your needs.
Schedule a consultation with an acupuncturist who treats endometriosis and GI issues (they are trained in integrative medicine in the USA) and have legal state licenses as healthcare workers. You will need to go twice a week for 4 weeks before evaluating if it is helping you. I can’t give you more advice on the internet.
