Hi, I underwent a laparoscopy for Endo, and my doctor said there was none. I believe my doctor was not thorough enough. But before I go ahead with the next surgery, I would like to find advanced 3T MRI imaging specific for endometriosis. Where I have Endo, is definitely hiding, and I need advanced imaging. It’s very hard to find reputable sources for this.
When should endometriosis be re-evaluated?
I’m 33years old. I was diagnosed with stage 1 endometriosis via laparoscopy in 2021 when doing fertility treatments. My symptoms were/are infertility, pain with sex,

Specialized MRI mapping for endometriosis is an advanced technique that detects deep lesions, such as those affecting the uterosacral ligaments, rectovaginal septum, bowel, or bladder. This study requires a specific protocol and interpretation by radiologists experienced in endometriosis. Specialized centers, such as the Instituto Doyenne, have high-resolution equipment and trained professionals capable of identifying implants that may be missed during a superficial laparoscopy. If you are seeking a more accurate diagnosis before considering another surgery, this type of imaging can make a significant difference.
