Natalie has lived her whole life in the San Francisco Bay Area. Growing up in the Bay, Natalie developed an equal appreciation for the outdoors and good food.
Natalie attended the University of California at Davis for her undergraduate education, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in both Spanish and Anthropology. After college, she worked for several years at Planned Parenthood, where her passion for reproductive health and equity in healthcare grew. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the joint program of physical therapy at the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University. In 2019, she completed the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Natalie has also completed training in pelvic floor physical therapy through both Herman and Wallace, as well as the American Physical Therapy Association.
Natalie uses a combination of manual therapy and exercise to help her patients reach their goals. She believes that health is complex and requires considering the whole person.
