Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can help relieve pain and, to a degree, treat the underlying hormonal imbalances that cause endometriosis. But it takes integrated lifestyle changes, including good nutrition, appropriate supplements, exercise, maintaining detoxification pathways in the body, sleep, etc., to manage endo pain well.
