I had excision surgery last June performed by a top specialist in the US. I felt amazing until January of this year. I got back on birth control to help the pain but I have been suffering daily since January. Is it possible I’ve already had a reoccurrence in may need a second surgery? I’m back to not being able to function normally. Is taking birth control proven to slow the growth of endometriosis after surgery?
