Endo Help

2 actually (hx of 3 excision surgeries, total hysterectomy due to adenomyosis): 1. Does endo cause collar bone pain? And 2. MRI shows artifact at vaginal cuff and have bleeding years post total hysterectomy would endo cause this?

  1. Yes, diaphragmatic endometriosis may produce sometimes this type of pain…mostly shoulder pain or interscapulo-vertebral pain; most often on the right side.
  2. I believe the cause of your pain may be a ‘stitch granuloma’, a chronic inflammatory process which may produce errosion of the vaginal mucosa
