Sorry there are none. Dr Singh in Ottawa might be the better out of all of them that claim to do excision, but even he has some quirks. Everyone that I’ve spoken to / know of that has had surgery with him is still in tremendous pain. I have not encountered one success story. As of 2018 he has returned to prescribing hormones and Amitriptyline. He has canceled surgeries if he doesn’t like your social media pages, belong to an advocacy group or have negative imaging.  It’s just plain creepy he has time to lurk on women‘s social media pages. Forewarned is forearmed—be prepared to stroke his ego and pre-block him from all your social media pages before trying to get a referral to him. I’m sorry there’s no real help in Canada right now, I tried my level best to get help, did things “by the book” and still got snubbed—Read the comments section, he’s messed around with a lot of Endo patients:
